The 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible, your bedding must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

1. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow our official return procedure. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the box without prior authorization.

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@herstylehaven.shop with your Order Number.
  • Evaluation: Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Prepaid Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to our UK facility.

2. Handling Specific Scenarios

We treat every customer's situation with individual care. Below is how we handle various return cases:

A. Change of Mind

If you decide the color or pattern isn't the right fit for your decor, you are welcome to return the set within 30 days. As long as the product is in its original, sellable condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.

B. Faulty or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your bedding arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as damaged seams or fabric flaws), please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or an immediate replacement at no extra cost to you.

C. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will handle the investigation with the courier and ensure you receive a perfect replacement right away.

D. Wrong Item Received

If we accidentally sent you the wrong size or design, we sincerely apologize. Contact us, and we will send the correct item via express shipping and provide a label for the return of the incorrect item.

E. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7-10 business days, please reach out. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we provide a 100% refund or a reshipment of your order.

3. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

We believe in a fair shopping experience without hidden costs:

  • Return Shipping: Herstylehaven covers the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (£0.00) for any returns at our shop.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: You will receive your funds within 5 business days after the refund has been initiated.
