Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Transit Time: 3 - 7 business days. This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your address.

Missing Items

If you receive your package and notice a piece of your bedding set is missing, please contact us at support@herstylehaven.shop immediately. We will verify our inventory and shipping logs and ship the missing item to you at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If you realize you have made a mistake, please Contact Us before the order enters the processing stage (within 12 hours). If the order has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to redirect or resend the package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement set if the product inside is affected.
