However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize a mistake was made during the checkout process. This policy outlines exactly how you can modify or cancel your order before it reaches our shipping department.
The 12-Hour Window: We offer a 12-hour grace period from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change. Once this window has passed, your order likely has entered the fulfillment stage and cannot be altered.

If you wish to cancel your order entirely, please act quickly to ensure the request is processed before the item is packed. Please follow these steps:

- Verification: We will confirm your cancellation via email and initiate a full refund immediately to your original payment method.
2. Changing Order Details
Need to update your shipping address or swap a Queen-size bedding set for a King-size? We can help, provided the request is made within the 12-hour limit.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you noticed an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Accurate addresses are vital for successful delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If the order has not been dispatched, we will update the destination at no cost.
Modifying Product Selection
If you want to change the color, pattern, or size of your bedding, we will check our current stock. If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance before shipping.
3. Cases After the 12-Hour Window
After 12 hours, our warehouse team typically begins the picking, packing, and labeling process to meet our 3-7 day delivery commitment. At this stage:
- Orders in Processing: We will try our best to halt the shipment, but we cannot guarantee success.
- Orders Shipped: If your order has already been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Fees and Refunds
We believe in transparent service without hidden penalties. At Herstylehaven:
- No Cancellation Fees: There is £0.00 cost to cancel or change your order within the allowed timeframe.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24 hours of approval. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Address Errors and Returned-to-Sender
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is returned to our UK facility by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Please double-check your confirmation email immediately after ordering to prevent this inconvenience.
